EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24'x' day of April, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe <br /> and the following were absent: none. <br /> Council Member McGehee introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11411 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING NINE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR <br /> PARK-AND-RIDE LOTS FOR OPERATION DURING THE <br /> ANNUAL MINNESOTA STATE FAIR(PF07-017) <br /> WHEREAS, the Minnesota State Fair has requested an AMENDED INTERIM USE <br /> PERMIT to allow the inclusion of two additional park and ride facilities into their existing <br /> INTRIM USE PERMIT; and <br /> WHEREAS, the eight existing park and ride facilities (lots) are located at the following <br /> properties: <br /> New Life Presbyterian Church, 965 Larpenteur Avenue <br /> Calvary Baptist Church, 2120 Lexington Avenue <br /> Church of Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview Avenue <br /> Grace Church of Roseville, 1310 County Road B2 <br /> Roseville Covenant Church, 2865 Centennial Drive <br /> Roseville Area High School, 1238 — 1240 County Road B2 <br /> The Church of St. Rose, 2048 Hamilne Avenue <br /> Centennial United Methodist Church, 1525 County Road C2. <br /> WHEREAS, an additional site is to be included and is located at St. Christopher <br /> Episcopal, 2300 Fairview Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br /> INTERIM USE request by the Minnesota State Fair on April 5, 2017, recommending (6-0) <br /> approval subject to amended conditions; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council,to APPROVE <br /> the request by the Minnesota State Fair for a five year INTERIM USE, including the addition of <br /> St. Christopher Episcopal as a park and ride lot during the Minnesota State Fair; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that all nine park and ride <br /> facilities (New Life Presbyterian Church, 965 Larpenteur Avenue, Calvary Baptist Church, 2120 <br /> Lexington Avenue, Church of Corpus Christi, 2131 Fairview Avenue, Grace Church of <br /> 1 <br />
