Roll Call Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. City Manager Trudgeon and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve Agenda Councilmember Etten requested removal of Item 9.b from the Consent Agenda for sepa- rate consideration. McGehee moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee and Roe. Nays: None. 4. Public Comment a. Sonia and Eric Jacobsen,2125 Rosewood Lane N Mr. & Mrs. Jacobsen provided a bench handout, attached hereto and made apart hereof, summarizing their request for the city to consider dropping excess water charges related to unusual and unexplained spikes in use between June 15 — 19, 2017, a portion of the time when they were actually out-of-town with the home monitored by their neighbor and no unusual water usage in evidence. Mr. & Mrs. Jacobsen noted that it was later determined that the radio unit had stopped sending and had subsequently been replaced by city staff. However, Mr. & Mrs. Jacobsen noted additional high spikes in August; resulting in their request for replacement of the Neptune in-home water meter at no cost to them to avoid any additional oc- currences. City Manager Trudgeon advised that he would consult with staff, communicate with the Jacobsens, and report back to the City Council. 5. Recognitions, Donations and Communications 6.
