Motion passedunanimously. <br />JOINT MEEINT WITH THE RAMSEY COUNTY PARKS ANDRECREATION <br />4) <br />COMMISSION <br />Master Plan and Comprehensive PlanStatus <br />a) <br />Ramsey County Parks & Recreation Director Oyanagi provided an update on the statusof <br />the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation System Master Plan. Currently, theyare <br />collecting feedback via survey. They invite the residents of Roseville to providefeedback <br />during the survey process. Over 400 Ramsey County resident surveys have beenreceived <br />to date. The survey will be open for a few more months. <br />Commissioner Stoner inquired as to what Roseville can do to assist with theNatural <br />Resource programs that Ramsey County is workingon. <br />The Commissions discussed invasive species education and the possibility ofcompleting <br />Natural Resource work during the same timeframes. <br />Commissioner Bole questioned if there are any Roseville trails that Ramsey Countyis <br />working on and if they are looking to address the water problem on the Vadnais Trails. <br />Ramsey County Staff stated they are aware of the issues on the Vadnais Trails.However, <br />to solve it would take substantial dollars, as it is not an easy fix. <br />The City of Roseville’s Parks & Recreation System Master Plan was adopted in 2010.As <br />part of the Master Plan update, the Renewal Program was implemented. TheRenewal <br />Program consisted of 77 projects and a $19 million dollarbudget. <br /> <br />
