<br /> <br /> ROSEVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES FOR <br />NOVEMBER 4, 2021 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Arneson, Baggenstoss, Boulton, Brown, Carlson, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, <br />Hoag, Lenhart, Ybarra <br />ABSENT: <br />STAFF: Brokke, Christensen, Johnson <br /> <br />1) INTRODUCTIONS <br />Chair Hoag introduced the meeting and noted that this month’s meeting was an in-person meeting <br />with a virtual option. The public was still encouraged to participate in the meeting using the Zoom <br />platform. <br /> <br />Commissioner Baggenstoss previously alerted staff that he may be late in joining the November <br />Parks and Recreation Commission meeting. <br /> <br />2) ROLL CALL/PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Roll Call Commissioners: Arneson, Boulton, Brown, Carlson, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, <br />Hoag, Lenhart, Ybarra. <br /> <br />Commissioner Heikkila motioned to add and update the meeting agenda to include the <br />“Park Dedication – 2561 Western Ave North” item as the 4th topic for review and <br />discussion, moving all subsequent agenda items down one spot. Vice-Chair Dahlstrom <br />seconds. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Arneson, Boulton, Brown, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, Hoag, Lenhart, Ybarra. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: None. <br /> <br />Chair Hoag called for public comment by members of the audience.
