<br /> ROSEVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES FOR <br />NOVEMBER 1, 2022 6:30 p.m. <br />PRESENT:Arneson, Baggenstoss,Boulton, Brown,Dahlstrom, Hoag,Lenhart, Matts- <br />Benson, Ybarra <br />ABSENT: <br />STAFF: Johnson <br /> <br />1) INTRODUCTIONS <br /> <br />2) ROLL CALL/PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Roll Call Commissioners: Arneson, Baggenstoss, Boulton, Brown, Dahlstrom, Hoag, <br />Lenhart, Matts-Benson, Ybarra <br /> <br />Chair Dahlstrom provided a reminder of the Commissioner Attendance policy. The policy states that <br />if a Commissioner is absent two meetings in a calendar year the City Council can determine if they <br />would like to replace that Commissioner. <br /> <br />Chair Dahlstrom called for public comment by members of the audience. No audience members <br />indicated they would like to make a comment. <br /> <br />3)APPROVAL OF MINUTES –OCTOBER 4,2022 MEETING <br />Commissioner Arneson moved to approve the minutes. Vice-Chair Hoag seconded. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Arneson, Baggenstoss, Boulton, Dahlstrom, Hoag, Lenhart, Matts-Benson, Ybarra. <br />Nays: None. <br />Abstain: Brown, Boulton. <br /> <br />4) PARK DEDICATION RECOMMENDATION, OUTLOT A, WHEATON WOODS & 2687 <br />DALE STREET <br />Staff provided an overview of park dedication for the Commission, including the purpose and <br />options to satisfy park dedication. <br />Staff displayed a map showing the park dedication location of a proposed minor platsubdivision on <br />the corner of Dale Street and Wheaton Avenue W. The plat is located in Constellation D. The <br />property is not adjacent to any parkland and this area is not specifically identified for additional <br />parkland in the Parks and Recreation System Master Plan.
