Ayes (4) - Nays (1), Curley voting nayc <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the meeting by stating this was a hearing called <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes on a public improvement 1nvolving <br />the additional widening of County Road B between Pascal Avenue and <br />Snelling Avenue 0 lie stated that in more specific terms this involved <br />the addition of two 10 foot lanes to this section of County Road B <br />at Village expense. If the improvement was deemed desirable by <br />the Council upon completion of this hearing, contract would be entered <br />into with Ramsey County for payment of the cost of constructing the <br />two additional lanes and acquiring the necessary rightof=way to make <br />it possible. <br /> <br />The ~fayor called on the Village Clerk to produce the notice of publi- <br />cation certificate of mailing notices to the property owners in this <br />improvement 0 <br /> <br />Mr. Turnlund, the Village Clerk, produced an affidmd t of publication <br />indicating a notice of the public hearing was published in the Rose <br />Tribune on March 7, 1963 and ~mrch 14, 1963.
