<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of August, 1990, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilperson Thomas introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8609 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1991 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS P-91-02 AND P-90-03 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of <br />various neighborhoods in the city has has tentatively selected <br />neighborhoods for inclusion in the 1990 Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville <br />described below by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 44: <br />(west half) <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 45: <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 56: <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD 57: <br /> <br />Eustis Street, County Road B to cul-de-sac; st. Croix, <br />County Road B to cul-de-sac; st. Stephen Street, <br />County Road B to cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Fairways Lane, County Road B to Fulham Street; Fulham <br />Street, County Road B to Fairways Lane. <br /> <br />Dellwood Avenue, County Road B to cul-de-sac; Merrill <br />Street, County Road B to Sherren Street; Sherren <br />Street, Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue; Fernwood <br />Street, Sandhurst Drive to Sherren Street; Laurie <br />Road, Fernwood Street to Lexington Avenue; Sandhurst <br />Drive, Dellwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Burke Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Dellwood Avenue; Burke <br />Avenue, Fernwood Street to Lindy Avenue; Eldridge <br />Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue; Karyl <br />Place, Lindy Avenue to cul-de-sac; Skillman Avenue, <br />Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue; Shryer Avenue, <br />Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue; Ryan Avenue, <br />Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Street; Draper Avenue, <br />Hamline Avenue to Fernwood Streét; Dellwood Avenue, <br />County Road B to Roselawn Avenue; Lindy Avenue, Burke <br />Avenue to Skillman Avenue. <br />
