VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the Village Council, May 3, 1965. The Village Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. Grauel Moved, Shields Seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of April 19, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). ' Shields Movedv Goodrich Seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of April 26, 1965, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (5) = Nays (0)0 Goodrich Movedv Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1207 ordering Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-7 be adopted. Roll Callv Ayes (5) = Nays (0). Goodrich Moved, Shields Seconded, that Resolution No. 1208 ordering Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-8 be adopted. Roll Callo Ayes (5) = Nays (0). Shields Movedv Grauel Seconded, that Resolution No. 1209 ordering Storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-9 be adopted. Roll Callp Ayes (5) = Nays (0)0 Grauel Moved9 Shields Seconded, that the Tony Schmidt request for rezoning of property located west of the Hamline Shopping Center from R=l to R=3 be approved on the condition that the applicant at his own cost and expense pay for the construction and grading of streets on the plat plan, together with the sani- tary sewer and water services mId the necessary storm drain to adequately drain the surface water at this area, as set out in the Village EngineerOs specifications; and that he also construct a fence around the ponding area to contain the surface water; and that he post a bond to provide the necessary screening to the adjoining property owner. Grauel Movedv Shields Seconded, that the planned residential development request for the Tony Schmidt property located west of the Hamline Shopping Center, submitted by Mr. Garley, be referred to the Planning Commission for their meeting of May 50 1965. Grauel MovedD Shields Seconded, that the application submitted by the South town Baptist Church for rezoning of property near Judith and Hamline Avenues from R=l to R-3, R-I to B-1 and R-l to B-3 be approved on the condition that the applicant dedicate an additional 10 feet on the westerly side of Hamline Avenue and the northerly 30 feet on Judith Avenue.
