<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular r.1eeting of the Village Council, April 10, 1967. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and <br />Goodrich. Absent: Trustee Shields. <br /> <br />Goodrich Moved, Graue 1 Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of March 27, 1967, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the hearing on Street Improvement 67-7. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing publication of <br />notice of hearing on proposed Street Improvement 67-7 in accordance <br />with the resolution adopted March 13, 1967, which affidavit was <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed <br />by the Village Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited a <br />Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property <br />o\vners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory <br />and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description of the <br />general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and <br />the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published <br />notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons present <br />were afforded opportnity to be heard: <br /> <br />MR. EDWARD lVIDERSKI, 386 Wagner Street, opposed the improvement. <br /> <br />Communication was received from the following: <br /> <br />W. J. HU~1BER, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (owner of property on Wagner Street <br />between Woodruff and the cul-de-sac) - in favor of the improvement. <br /> <br />After discussion of the views presented, ~layor Cedarholm closed the <br />pub lic hearing. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Goodrich Seconded, that Resolution No. 1792 ordering <br />Street Improvement 67-7 and preparation of plans be adopted.
