<br />The City COlIDCil met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel and Hess,
<br />
<br />A-I Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of May 10, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Council join the
<br />Mayor in proclaiming June 14, 1976, as Flag Day. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Rose ~1arinelli's
<br />request for final plat "Marinelli Addition" at 2940 Old
<br />Highway 8 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,
<br />Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Anderson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 6372
<br />vacating right-of-way (Turnstone Court) at 445 South Owasso
<br />p(Q1 ')vard be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley,

<br />,~derson Moved, Curley Seconded, that J. M. Duddleston's
<br />request for final plat "Duddleston Lakeview" at 445 South
<br />Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson,
<br />Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Hess Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the request of Mr. Harry
<br />Niemeyer to withdraw his application for vacation of right-
<br />of-way (portion of Albermarle) be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel, Hess and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Canadian Financial
<br />Corporation's request for rezoning from B-2 to R-3 at 2800
<br />North Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson
<br />and Grauel. Nays: Curley, Hess and Demos.

<br />Anderson Moved, Grauel Seconded, that Canadian Financial
<br />Corporation's request for special use permit and variances
<br />at 2800 North Snelling Avenue be continued to the meeting of
<br />June 14, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson and GraueL Nays:
<br />Curley, Hess and Demos,

<br />Hess Moved, Curley Seconded, that Canadian Financial Corporation's
<br />request for special use permit and variances at 2800 North
<br />Snelling be denied, Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Curley, Grauel,
<br />Hess and Demos. Nays: None,
