<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of April 23, 1984, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join
<br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of May 13 to May 19,
<br />be Law Enforcement Week in the City of Roseville.

<br />and Curley.

<br />request for rezoning from R-l and B-1 to B-2 at 2561 Snelling,

<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Discus of Roseville, Inc.'s
<br />dba Fuddrucker's, request for on-sale and special Sunday liquor
<br />licenses at 2561 North Snelling Avenue, be denied. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, to continue William Jones'
<br />request for rezoning, special use permit for PUD, and prelim-
<br />inary plat at 2551 Lexington, until the regular meeting on
<br />June 11, 1984, and the application also be referred to the
<br />Council Work Session on May 16, 1984. The Planning Commission
<br />will consider the application at its June 6, 1984 meeting.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that a Council Work Session
<br />be established for May 16, 1984, at 6:30 p.m., in the City
<br />Hall Council Chambers for the purpose of reviewing the
<br />William Jones' application for rezoning, special use permit
<br />for PUD, and the need for a public street; procedures for
<br />control of liquor sales, and any other items deemed appropriate
<br />by the Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson,
<br />Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
