<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - June 11, 1984.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Members absent: None.

<br />A-I Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the regular MINUTES
<br />meeting of May 21, 1984, be approved. Roll call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that William Jones' request
<br />for rezoning from R-l to R-2 and special use permit for
<br />PUD at 2551 Lexington be referred back to the July meeting
<br />of the Planning Commission. Roll call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Shorewood Corporation's
<br />request for amendment to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan
<br />from medium density residential to high density residential
<br />at 2231 Rice be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Saga Enterprises, Inc.'s
<br />request for special use permit for site plan approval,
<br />division of lot, and variance to allow construction of
<br />a drive contiguous to the south side property line at
<br />2760 Snelling Frontage Road East, be approved with the
<br />following conditions:
<br />
<br />1) That a grading plan be submitted for approval by staff.
<br />2) That final utili ties and engineering be approved by
<br />staff.
<br />3) That the applicant provide evidence of the driveway
<br />and sewer easements.
<br />4) That the project be developed in accordance with plans
<br />dated 5/4/84.
<br />5) That the landscaping plans be approved by staff.

<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Saga Enterprises, Inc. 's,
<br />dba Stuart Anderson's Cattle Company Restaurant, request
<br />for on-sale and special Sunday liquor licenses at 2760
<br />Snelling Frontage Road East be approved with the condition
<br />that the required insurance certificate be provided prior
<br />to issuing thE' license. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays; None.
