<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Members
<br />absent: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of August 27, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Johnson seconded that Juanita Grayden's request for
<br />final plat at 2254 Western be continued to the September 24, 1984
<br />Council Meeting. Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Discus of Roseville, Inc. request
<br />for special use permit, division of lot and variances to parking
<br />setbacks to allow common access drives at 2750 Snelling Frontage
<br />Road East be approved with the following conditions:
<br />1) That a sidewalk be constructed along the public right-of-way.
<br />2) That the easement documents for common access drives and parking
<br />be approved by Engineering staff.
<br />3) That the project be developed according to plans dated 8/20/84.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that the Public Hearing for the
<br />establishment of a Municipal Development District and Tax Increment
<br />Financing District for 500 West County Road B be continued to the
<br />September 24, 1984 regular Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Johnson seconded that T.G.I. Friday's request for
<br />withdrawal of its application for rezoning and special use permit
<br />at 2655 Snelling Frontage Road East be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that the request to initiate eminent
<br />domain proceedings against two properties in the proposed Tritor
<br />Corporation development north of Rosedale Shopping Center be
<br />continued to the September 24, 1984 regular Council Meeting; and
<br />instructing the staff to meet with the two property owners prior
<br />to the September 24, 1984 regular Council Meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded that Robert Gavrilescu's request for
<br />a 1.5 foot variance to allow a driveway and garage addition
<br />extending to within 3.5 feet of the side yard property line at

<br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
