<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - August 12, 1985

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Johnson, Curley, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Members absent: Franke.

<br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that the minutes
<br />regular meeting of July 22, 1985 be approved.
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.

<br />special meeting of August 1, 1985 be approved. Roll

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that the Council )Oln
<br />with the Mayor in proclaiming September, 1985 as
<br />Peace Month in the City of Roseville. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-1 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Yorkton Ltd., Inc. 's
<br />request for final plat at 2350 Lexington Avenue be
<br />continued until the August 26, 1985 Council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Goff Contruction's
<br />request for final plat at 1230 Rose Place be continued
<br />until the August 26, 1985 Council meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-3 Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that Frank Haggerty's
<br />request for division of lot and rezoning from R-l
<br />to R-2 at 2218 Lexington Avenue be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that Ordinance No. 977
<br />rezoning property at 2218 Lexington Avenue from R-l
<br />to R-2 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-4 Johnson moved that Con/Spec Corporation's request for
<br />rezoning from R-l to R-2, Special Use Permit for
<br />Planned Unit Development and variance to floor space
<br />at 171 Center be denied. (Motion died for lack of a
<br />second.)
