<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - September 9, 1985 <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />of the <br />Roll Call, <br /> <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that the minutes <br />regular meeting of August 26, 1985 be approved. <br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that Hess Hair Milk <br />Laboratories' request for variances to front and <br />side yard setbacks and parking setback at 1911 Rice <br />Street be continued until the October 14, 1985 City <br />Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, <br />Franke, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Commers-Klodt <br />request for vacation of right-of-way at 2501 West <br />County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Franke moved, Johnson seconded, that Golden Age <br />Nursing Home request for variance to parking <br />setback at 1415 County Road B be approved with the <br />condition that the angle parking plan providing <br />fifty-seven (57) spaces be used. Snelling be HUIRAS <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. That lot numbers be assigned to each parcel. <br />2. That the appropriate dedication of right-of-way occur <br />(7 ft. on the northern area of the parcel and 3 ft. <br />on the southern area of the parcel). <br />3. That a petition for street and utility improvements be <br />submitted. The street should be 24 ft. in width, with <br />parking restrictions on both sides. <br />4. That there is a two year time limit to construct the <br />the home until existing garage would have to be removed. <br />5. That staff review potential easement needs. <br /> <br />B-5 <br /> <br />and, that a Council Public Hearing to consider the final <br />plat be established for the meeting of September 23. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that Graham <br />Diversified, Inc. request to amend the comprehensive <br />plan from residential to business at 1906 Lexington <br />Avenue be approved.
