<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - August 11, 1986 <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />Johnson, and Demos. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of July 28, 1986 be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that adoption <br />of a negative declaration, finding that a <br />full environmental impact statement for the <br />Northwestern College Amended P.U.D. Plan <br />is not required, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Northwestern <br />College's request for Special Use Permit and <br />parking variance at 3003 North Snelling Avenue <br />(Phase II) be approved with the following con- <br />ditions: <br /> <br />1. That additional parking be required as may <br />be designated by the City, pursuant to the <br />submitted site plan if the facilities prove <br />inadequate. <br /> <br />2. That engineering, landscape, and lighting <br />plans be approved by staff. (Landscape <br />plans are to be approved prior to each stage <br />of construction.) <br /> <br />3. That the time limitation on the Phase II <br />Special Use Permit shall be five years. <br /> <br />4. That all parking areas include concrete <br />curbing. <br /> <br />5. That all development is to be in accordance <br />with the P.U.D. plans dated April 26 and <br />April 28, 1986. <br /> <br />6. That no parking is allowed on the east side <br />of the residential building. <br /> <br />7.
