<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - January 12, 1987.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr,
<br />Matson, and Wiski. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that a proclamation
<br />proclaiming the week of February 1 - February 7, 1987,
<br />as Free Enterprise Week be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of December 22, 1986, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8077, approving new Tax Increment Financing Dis-
<br />tricts 6, 7, and 8 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a private
<br />meeting be established on Monday, January 19,
<br />1987, 3:00 p.m. with the City's Legal Counsel
<br />regarding the case of Kehr versus the City of
<br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None. Abstain: Kehr.

<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that a Council
<br />Work Session be established on Monday, February
<br />16, 1987, 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing
<br />possible land use changes for the targeted re-
<br />development areas. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Kehr, Matson, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded the following appoint-
