<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - May, 11, 1987. 7:30 P.M.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the ROLL CALL
<br />following members present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of April 27, 1987, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Har Mar's request
<br />for Special Use Permit and sign variance at 2100 North
<br />Snelling Avenue be continued until the June 8, 1987,
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Rosewood Corpora-
<br />tion's request for final plat at 2241-2391 Highway
<br />36 be continued to the June 8, 1987 Council meeting.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />wiski. Ayes: None.

<br />B-) Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Kayo oil Company's
<br />request for rezoning and Special Use Permit, at 1583
<br />County Road C, be continued to the June 8, 1987
<br />Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />B-3A Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Marvin Lundquist's
<br />request for Special Use Permit and variance to the
<br />zoning ordinance at 1331 Larpenteur Avenue be con-
<br />tinued to the June 8, 1987 Council meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that R. R. Restaurants
<br />2, a California Limited Partnership dba Rocky Rococo
<br />Restaurant, application for On Sale Wine License at
<br />2131 North Snelling Avenue, be approved through
<br />December 31, 1987, with the condition that the
<br />required Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance
<br />be provided prior to the license being issued. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />8-5 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that James H. Casey's
<br />request for final plat at 1965 North Victoria be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />8-6 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that First Minnesota
<br />Savings Bank request for rezoning from B-1 to B-lb at
<br />1124 Dionne Street, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None.
