<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 8432,
<br />appointing Election Judges and Alternate Judges for
<br />the Special Election of May 2, 1989, be adopted.

<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the contract for
<br />removal of diseased trees in the City, designated as
<br />Project M-89-01, be awarded to precision Landscape and
<br />Tree in the low bid amount of $8.78 per inch. Roll
