<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of September 24, 1990 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6 and B-9, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that a proclamation,
<br />proclaiming the week of October 20 - 26, 1990 as "Red
<br />Ribbon Week," be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Kenneth Jack-
<br />son's request for a minor variance to the requirement
<br />that the fencing material be placed on the side of the
<br />fence facing the adjacent property, to replace an
<br />existing fence at 3033 Pascal Street, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Fred Strub's
<br />request for a minor variance of 5.7 feet, to allow him
<br />to construct an attached garage on the front of his
<br />existing dwelling at 1728 Dunlap Street, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that ,a public hearing
<br />to consider the Restaurant Entertainment Group, Inc.
<br />application for On-Sale and Special Sunday Liquor
<br />Licenses at 1655 County Road B-2 be established for
<br />the regular City Council meeting of November 26, 1990.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Change Order No.
<br />1, in an additional amount of $1,540 to the contract
<br />for the exterior masonry restoration at Fire station
<br />No.3 by A-A Universal Renovations, Inc., be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
