CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council - March 25, 1991. 7:30 P.M. The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL members present: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Members absent: None. A. A-I APPROVAL OF MINUTES Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 11, 1991 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. MINUTES B. CONSENT AGENDA B-1 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Joseph Metzger's JOSEPH request for a 15 foot minor variance, to bring an METZGER existing nonconforming driveway at 1287 Ryan Avenue West into compliance, be approved with the fOllowing condition: 1. That the driveway be constructed so it intersects Dellwood Avenue at a 90 degree angle. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, None. B-2 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Eugene House's EUGENE request for a 10 foot minor variance, to add a 14 x 14 HOUSE foot addition onto the rear of the existing dwelling at 468 Woodruff Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. B-3 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Wilkins Dodge WILKINS request to erect a 20 x 20 foot tent at 2755 Long Lake DODGE Road, from May 25, 1991 through July 13, 1991, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None. B-4 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following MINOR blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with VARIANCES city policy for driveway side yard setbacks: 1. John Sobota request for 3 foot variance at 1232 Shryer Avenue. 2. Charles Scott request for 2 foot variance at 1300 Shryer Avenue. 3. Wilfred Langer request for 5 foot variance at 1312 Shryer Avenue. 4. Ralph Gagne request for 2 foot variance at 1300 Draper Avenue. 5. James Melville request for 5 foot variance at 1194 Skillman Avenue.
