<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog.
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Hall flag TOM CURLEY
<br />shall fly at half-staff on Tuesday, September 24, 1991, in
<br />memory of Tom Curley, City Council Member from 1962 - 1985.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of September 9, 1991 be approved.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the special meeting of September 16, 1991 be approved.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6, be approved. Roll Call, AGENDA
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Wayne Dubiel's
<br />request for a minor variance at 904 Millwood, to
<br />remove an existing detached garage and construct a new
<br />larger garage, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.
