<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of August 9, 1993, be approved.

<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-7 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8967,
<br />accepting work completed under Project 89-16, Hamline
<br />Avenue reconstruction, and authorizing final payment,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8968,
<br />receiving assessment rolls and setting the assessment
<br />hearing date for September 13, 1993, for 1992 projects
<br />to be assessed, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and v. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Corpus Christi
<br />Church's request for a One Day Gambling License to
<br />conduct lawful gambling activities at 2131 N. Fairview
<br />Avenue on October 3, 1993, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Disabled
<br />American Veterans' organization (D.A.V.) request to
<br />conduct a raffle at American Legion Post 542, located
<br />at 700 W. County Road C, on December 4,1993, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a public hearing
<br />for Morrison Restaurants, Inc., dba Ruby Tuesday's,
<br />Application for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor
<br />Licenses at 145 Rosedale Center be established for the
<br />regular city Council meeting of Monday, September 13,
<br />1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
