<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of September 26, 1994 be approved.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-9, be approved. Roll

<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a proclama-
<br />tion proclaiming October 16, 1994, as "Carrie Johnson
<br />Hometown Day in the City of Roseville", be adopted.

<br />9107, endorsing efforts of the Roseville Rotary Club
<br />for "Character Counts Week", October 16-22, 1994, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />9108, authorizing the City Manager to apply for a
<br />1995 SCORE Funding Grant in the amount of $68,173 for
<br />use in Roseville's residential recycling program, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Nazareth
<br />Building Association's request for a one year renewal
<br />of their Bingo Hall License to host lawful gambling
<br />activities at the Knights of Columbus Bingo Hall, 2555
<br />Snelling Avenue North be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Disabled
<br />American Veterans Organization's request for an
<br />Exemption from Lawful Gambling License to conduct a
<br />raffle at V.F.W. Post 7555, located at 1145 Woodhill
<br />Drive, on December 5, 1994, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
