<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />September 9, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1 through
<br />C-6, C-8, C-1 0, and C-11, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Gary Stasny's request for a 2 foot side
<br />yard setback variance at 1364 Sextant Avenue, to add an additional car stall to
<br />his current one car garage, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the City be authorized to purchase LOAN FOR
<br />$7,000 of gymnastics padding and equipment for the new Roseville Gymnastics ROSEVILLE
<br />Center, with full reimbursement, including interest, to the City for the cost of this GYMNASTICS
<br />equipment from the Roseville Gymnastics Association. Roll Call, Ayes: CENTER
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the City be authorized to pay up to
<br />$3,500 from the Tax Increment Finance pool as its share of the 8 foot high fence
<br />at the west end of Oasis Park/neighbors' fence extension. Advance Circuits, Inc.
<br />has borne all additional costs beyond $3,500. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9330, authorizing certain
<br />actions with respect to Rosepointe Project Series 1985-B including the
<br />remarketing, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.
