Members absent: Wall. <br /> <br />B. <br />B-1 <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />May 27, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and <br />Mastel. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l <br />through C-15, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and <br />Mastel. Nays: None. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />C-l Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming June 17, PROCLAMA- <br />1997 as Builders Association of the Twin Cities Day in the City of Roseville be TION <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Mastel. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Clark and Cassie Campbell's request <br />for a minor variance, to allow the continuance of a boulevard parking space at <br />2338 Auerbach Avenue N., be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Maschka, and Mastel. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CLARK AND <br />CASSIE <br />CAMPBELL <br /> <br />C-3 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Greg and Laurie Skorczewski's GREG AND <br />request for a minor variance to reduce the side yard setback to two feet, for the LAURIE <br />purpose of constructing an addition to an existing house which will be less than SKORCZEWSKI <br />six feet from an existing nonconforming detached garage, at 2679 Galtier Street <br />N, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Mastel. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-4 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that John and Diane Willis' request for a JOHN AND <br />minor variance to reduce the front yard setback along the unimproved DIANE <br />Dellwood Avenue N. to 16.5 feet, for the purpose of constructing an addition at WILLIS <br />1270 Josephine Road N, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Maschka, and Mastel. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-5 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Michael McClure's request for a <br />minor variance to reduce the setbacks of an accessory building to five feet <br />from the front property line along Bayview Drive W. and less than one foot <br />from the side property line, to replace a detached garage, at 470 North <br />McCarrons Boulevard W. be approved.
