<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Maschka, ROLL CALL

<br />B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />B-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br />November 10, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1, C-2,

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9485, approving and
<br />authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign a subdivision Development
<br />Agreement with Opus Northwest, L.L.C., including an agreement to combine
<br />Lot 3 and Lot 4, Block 2, Gateway Business Park into one buildable lot, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a public hearing for the renewal of
<br />liquor licenses for Calendar Year 1998 be established for the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, December 8, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
