<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 605 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISION AND CODIFICATION OF <br />ORDINANCES, TO BE KNOWN AS THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE; <br />PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN ORDINANCESi PROVIDING <br />FOR THE PRESERVATION OF CERTAIN RIGHTS; PROVIDING FOR TIill <br />PUBLICATION OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE; AND PROVIDING <br />A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1.010. Adoption of Code. This Ordinance, consisting of <br />Chapters 1 through 265, inclusive, is a codification and re- <br />vision of the ordinances (except as specified in Section 1.020 <br />hereafter) of the Village of Roseville and shall be and is <br />hereby adopted as a single, original and comprehensive ordinance <br />to be known as the Village Code of Roseville. <br /> <br />1.020. Repeal of Ordinances. Appendix A to the Village <br />Code of Roseville is a listing of all ordinances of the Village <br />from No. 1 through 598. All ordinances listed in Appendix A <br />are hereby repealed, except those ordinances noted in the <br />righthand column of Appendix A. The ordinances in the righthand <br />column of Appendix A, being~ecial or limited in nature and <br />application, are continued in force, but not set forth in the <br />Village Code. The remainder of Appendix A constitutes a cross <br />reference table indicating where in the Village Code the material <br />from the various repealed ordinances may be found. <br /> <br />1.030. Preservation of Riqhts. The repeal of any ordinance <br />or portion thereof by the preceding section shall not affect or <br />impair any act done or right vested or accrued or any proceeding <br />suit or prosecution had or commenced in any cause before such <br />repeal shall take effect, but every such act done, or right <br />vested or accrued, or proceeding, suit or prosecution had or <br />commenced shall remain in full force and effect to all intents <br />
