<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 616 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS l3 .lSO, l3 .l60, <br />13.l70 AND l3.200, AND REPEALING SECTION l3.l80, BY PROVIDING <br />FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS IN RESIDENCE AND BUSINESS DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />13.150 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />l3 .lSO. Planned Unit Development Districts. Sections <br />l3.l60, l3.170, 13.190 and l3.200 are to provide a method by which a <br />parcel of land in an "R" District or a liB" District may be used for planned <br />unit developments. These sections shall apply to all "R" and II B" <br />Districts according to the following provisions. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />l3 .l60 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />13.160. Procedure. The owner or owners of any tract of <br />land within a "B" or "R" District may submit to the Council for approval <br />a plan for the development and use of such tract of Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment for commercial or residential purposes permitted in the Districts. <br />Any tract of land including more than one" B" zoning classification but <br />no "R" classification, may be developed as a single tract and may include <br />uses permitted in any of the" B" zones, but only as specifically specified <br />in the Planned Unit Development Plan. The Planned Unit Development <br />Plan may be amended, but only by the issuance of another Special Use <br />Permit. The plan for the development shall conform to the requirements <br />of the use districts within which it is located. <br /> <br />III . <br /> <br />13.170 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />
