<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said City on Monday, July 27, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8819 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NOS. <br />P-89-16, P-89-17, P-91-02-45, ST-91-10, <br />P-91-02-56, P-91-02-57, P-91-02-68, <br />ST-91-08, P-91-03, P-ST-SS-91-04 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-16 of the City of Roseville on all that property <br />located on Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B for <br />the construction of a new street by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, <br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$1,045,743.00 the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the <br />making of said improvements amounts to $27,536.81 so that the total cost <br />of the improvements will be $1,073,279.81 and of this cost the City will <br />pay $0 and Ramsey County will pay $1,008,220.90 as their share of the <br />cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be <br />$65,058.91; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for <br />Improvement No. P-89-17 of the city of Roseville on all that property <br />located on County Road B from Dale Street to Rice Street for the <br />construction of a new street by the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, <br />utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice <br />relating to the original hearing on the improvements and the resolutions <br />relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$1,258,320.80, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the <br />making of said improvements amounts to $52,386.58 so that the total cost <br />of the improvements will be $1,310,707.38, and of this cost the City <br />will pay $0 and Ramsey County will pay $1,155,661.52 as its share of the <br />cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be <br />$155,045.85; and <br />
