<br />Roseville Planning Commission <br />Wednesday, December 6, 1972 <br /> <br />The December 6, 1972, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called <br />to order by Chainnan Pope at 7: 30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: <br />Members absent: <br />Others present: <br /> <br />Demos, Eagles, Membrez and Pope <br />Kellett, G. Johnson and V. Johnson <br />Councilman Albert Grauel, Midwest Planning Representative Dick Dwinell <br />and Administrative Assistant Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Membrez seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />November I, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Eagles, Membrez and Pope. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 729 - Ethel Foster preliminary plat "Foster Shores" at 595 Heinel Drive <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs. Foster was not present at the meeting. <br />Reconnnendation <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that Ethel Foster's preliminary plat <br />"Foster Shores" at 595 Heinel Drive be laid over until the next regular Commission <br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Eagles, Membrez and Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 731 - Jom Stemper preliminary plat "Stemper Heights" at 405 County Road B <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs. Millie Reiter represented the Stemper Estate. She indicated that the proposed plat <br />includes 10 single family lots. fbwever, it was her desire to combine Lots 1 and 2 of <br />the plat for a total of 9 lots. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Pope indicated that the property is presently zoned R-l and that the applicant is <br />proposing to plat single family lots. He stated that if the property owner desired to <br />place any multiple family or commercial use on the property he would be required to <br />make application for rezoning and have fuarings before the Planning CoTIlllission and <br />Village Council. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Commission reconunend approval of <br />John Stemper's preliminary plat "Stemper Heights" at 405 County Road B with the condition <br />that the applicant re-design the plat combining Lots I and 2, and relocating the western <br />lot line of the newly created Lot 1. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Eagles, Membrez and Pope. <br />Nays: None. <br />
