<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />May 7, 1975 <br /> <br />The May 7, 1975, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called to <br />order by Chairman Grauel at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: Mastel, Cushing, G, Johnson, V, Johnson, Rukavina~ Grauel, <br />Kellett arrived at 7:32 P,M, <br /> <br />Members absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present; Howard Dahlgren, Terry Kramer and Steve North, <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />ML Mastel moved and Mrs, Cushing seconded, that the minutes of the regular meetlng of <br />April 2, 1975, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Cushing, G, Johnson, V, Johnson, <br />Rukavina and Grauel, Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 882 - Burger King request for variance to directional sign requirement <br />at 2151 North Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />DiscuSSlon <br /> <br />Mr, Grauel indicated that a letter has been received from the applicant asking that <br />this request be continued for another month, Mr, Grauel commented that there is a <br />disagreement between the property owner and the leasee regarding the use of a private <br />road to the west of Burger King, This issue is between the two parties and the Clty <br />is not involved, Mr, Grauel stated that the application has been before the Commission <br />for ~hree months and it is still unknown when it will be ready for Commission consider <br />ation, He felt that it should be referred back to the Council without recommendation, <br />and that when the applicant is prepared to discuss the application that he could re- <br />apply <br /> <br />Recommendat ion <br /> <br />Mr, G, Johnson moved and Mr, Rukavina seconded, that Burger King's request for <br />variance to directional sign requirements at 2151 North Snelling Avenue be referred <br />back to the City Council without recommendation, Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Mastel. <br />Cushing, G, Johnson, V, Johnson, Rukavina and Grauel, Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 887 - Norbert Peka request for preliminary plat "Peka Addition" at <br />384 County Road C <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs, Peka indicated that they proposed to create two lots from their existing property <br />and to sell 40 feet to Mr, Sam Cave who also owns a portion of the property on the plat, <br />Th€ ~at consists of four single family lots and three out lots which the owner hopes to <br />sell to adjacent property owners, The sale of the outlots has not been confirmed, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr, Kellett moved <br />of Norbert Peka's <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: None, <br /> <br />and Mr, V, Johnson seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />request for preliminary plat "peka Addition" at 384 County Road Co <br />Kellett, Mastel, Cushing, G, Johnson, V, Johnson, Rukavina and Grauel, <br />
