Dahlgren explained the current transportation routes
serving the trailer park and a potential circulation pattern with a
public cul-de-sac serving the Jones Proj ect and serving the future
development of the trailer park.

Mr. Dahlgren indicated the cost of a private drive is 75% of the cost
of a public street. A public street would cost approximately $25,000.

MT. Hoffmeir, architect for the Jones project, indicated there are
several alternatives for a private drive:

A. A private dri ve on public right-of-way which will remain a
private drive.
B. A private drive on the Jones property.
C. A private drive on the vacated Rose Place right-of-way.

Mr. Jones indicated he doesn't want to build a private drive, then
possibly pay, in the future, to re-construct it as a public street.

Hr. Dahlgren indicated an alternative is to construct the public street
now and possibly defer the assessment to the trailer park.

Mr. Jones indicated he would prefer the public street be built now.
