<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, November 1, 1989 <br /> <br />The November 1, <br />Commission was <br />7:32 P.M. <br /> <br />1989 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Goedeke, Maschka, Berry, Stokes, <br />Wietecki, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Nisja <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (Liaison), Cushman, Rog <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Maschka seconded to approve the minutes of <br />the October 4, 1989 Planning commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Goedeke, Maschka, Stokes, <br />Wietecki, Johnson <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: Berry <br /> <br />Planninq File 1990 <br /> <br />Ashland oil request for parking setback and number of parking <br />stall variances at 1925 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Jopke explained that staff had talked to the applicant and they <br />have not been able to work out a solution with the adjacent <br />property owner concerning the property line dispute. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned whether the application should be continued <br />or withdrawn. <br /> <br />Berry stated that because the hearing has dragged out for so long <br />that a new mailing list and public hearing notice should be <br />required. <br /> <br />Debenedet moved and Berry seconded to continue this item one <br />month and ask for a formal withdrawal from the applicant. <br />
