<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA~ HELD MAY 13, 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />M:.nnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on May 13, 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Shields and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 3003 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING COPE AVENUE, LOVELL AVENUE <br />AND ROY STREET IN LEINEN HEIGHTS No.2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The majority of the owners of property <br />hereinafter described have requested the Village Council <br />by proper Petition to vacate such streets in accordance <br />with law, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS a public hearing was noticed for May <br />13, 1968, on said proposed vacation, preceded by two weeks. <br />published and posted notice; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said public hearing was held on <br />May 13, 1968, and all persons interested were given an <br />opportunity to be heard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the <br />best interest of the Village, the public and adjoining <br />property owners to approve said proposed vacation, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE., MINNESOTA.
