<br />tl <br /> <br />\ <br />"IC../ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />410 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of <br /> <br />BLocks 1, 2 and 3 of Kay-Reen Addition, <br />according to the plat thereof and filed <br />of record in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />filed a written petition and request with the Village of Roseville <br />for a special use permit for parking on said premises which are <br />zoned "R-l", and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council referred said request to the <br />Planning Commission, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to published notice <br />and the mailing of a copy of said notice to each of the property <br />owners within 250 feet of said premises, duly held a public hearing <br />at the Roseville Village Hall, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said public hearing by duly adopted <br />motion, recommended that the special use permit for park.ing on <br />said premises be granted, subject to and including therein the <br />recommendation for adoption of eleven (11) specific provisions <br />and conditions, which recommendation, including said provisions <br />and conditions, have been duly submitted, in writing, to the <br />Village Council, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant thereto and pursuant to duly published <br />notice of a public hearing and the service of a copy of such notice <br />by mail upon all property owners within 250 feet of said premises, <br />the Village Council on this 20th day of December, 1960, duly held <br />a public hearing at its regular meeting in the Village Hall of <br />the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the special use permit <br />for parki~ in Blocks I, 2 and 3 of Kay-Reen Addition be and is <br />hereby granted, subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter <br />set forth and made a part hereof, as follows: <br /> <br />1. DRAINAGE. Parking areas, driveways and service areas <br />shall be blacktopped and the entire area drained off the property <br />to the south line of State Highway 36 by the petitioner by con- <br />struction of storm sewers, and such storm sewers shall be proven to <br />
