tl \ "IC../ RES 0 L UTI 0 N 410 WHEREAS, the owners of BLocks 1, 2 and 3 of Kay-Reen Addition, according to the plat thereof and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, filed a written petition and request with the Village of Roseville for a special use permit for parking on said premises which are zoned "R-l", and, WHEREAS, the Village Council referred said request to the Planning Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to published notice and the mailing of a copy of said notice to each of the property owners within 250 feet of said premises, duly held a public hearing at the Roseville Village Hall, and, WHEREAS, pursuant to said public hearing by duly adopted motion, recommended that the special use permit for park.ing on said premises be granted, subject to and including therein the recommendation for adoption of eleven (11) specific provisions and conditions, which recommendation, including said provisions and conditions, have been duly submitted, in writing, to the Village Council, and, WHEREAS, pursuant thereto and pursuant to duly published notice of a public hearing and the service of a copy of such notice by mail upon all property owners within 250 feet of said premises, the Village Council on this 20th day of December, 1960, duly held a public hearing at its regular meeting in the Village Hall of the Village of Roseville, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the special use permit for parki~ in Blocks I, 2 and 3 of Kay-Reen Addition be and is hereby granted, subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth and made a part hereof, as follows: 1. DRAINAGE.
