<br />Extract of i1inutes of Meeting of the <br />village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 26th <br /> <br />day of May, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />5118 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />Il~Y REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HERARIl\IG ON STORM SElAJER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-23 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted July 22, 1968 the Council <br />has directed Banister Engineering Company to prepare a prel~- <br />inary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />lying generally in the area between Rose Place and Judith Avenue <br />from Hamline to Pascal consisting of the construction of a <br />system of storm sewers varying in size from 12 inch to 27 inch <br />and collecting and conveying these storm sewers from the above <br />described area and discharging same into a ponding area at <br />Judith and Pascal and also includes necessary inlets, catch basins, <br />manholes and the restoration of street surfacing damaged in <br />connection with the construction of the project.
