EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, January 8, 1973, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Grauel and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5913 WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of Roseville, by Resolution No. 5573, determined that an unsafe and hazardous condition existed on real property owned by Lena Hurias which is legally described as "Parcel C, Registered Land Survey No. 234, Ramsey County, Minnesota" and ordered the razing and removal of greenhouses and appurtenant buildings and structures on said property in order to correct the danger to public health and public safety; and WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of Roseville, by Resolution No. 5845, determined that an unsafe and hazardous condition existed on property owned by John M. Yorga and Lyle D. Carpenter, legally described as "Lots 10 and 11, Shady Beach Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota", and ordered the razing and removal of all buildings on said property in order to correct the danger to public health and safety; and WHEREAS, said Lena Hurias and John M. Yorga and Lyle D. Carpenter failed to comply with said Order; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Otis H. Godfrey, Jr., Judge of Ramsey County District Court, has signed an Order for Judg- ment incorporating and calling for the enforcement of the
