<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 24, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Monday, June 24, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Brennan, <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Mayor Linebarger <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the followi ng <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6117 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat entitled "Rosewood" was accepted <br />and approved by the Village of Roseville on May 1, 1951, ac- <br />cepted and approved by the Ramsey County plat Commission on <br />March 4, 1952, and filed on March 5, 1952, in Book 62 Town <br />Plats, page 17; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said plat was created prior to the construction <br />of storm sewers to alleviate water drainage in the area of said <br />plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one parcel in said plat legally described <br />as Lot 12, Block 2, was "Reserved for Water" and said plat <br />dedicated "to the public and for the public use forever all <br />streets, avenues, lanes and drainage easements as shown."; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, storm sewers have now been constructed in <br />the area of the "Rosewood" Plat, and it is no longer necessary <br />that Lot 12, Block 2, Rosewood, continue to be "Reserved for <br />Water"~ and <br />
