HONCHELL: This is for the proposed construction of
curb and gutter, street seven ton design including the necessary
utilities on Burke Avenue from Dellwood to Fernwood. There is
a starn sewer that already exists, but the other utilities
would have to be constructed. It's anticipated that the small
lots would be combined into larger lots and (inaudible) This
appears to be a very feasible undertaking and would open this
area up for development. To my knowledge, no one has objected
to the proposal. This is a petitioned project.
