Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of aoseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 11th day of February, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were pr.esent: :~ayor ~;cGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and Kusternann and the following were absent: none Trustee Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIOl! 1'10. 702 RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville as '=ollows: 1. The Council has heretofore directed the Roseville Village Engineering Department, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of the construc- tion of facilities needed for distributing water within a substan- tial area of the Village, as described in the notice set forth below, and the estimated cost thereof, and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Clerk. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Water Improvement No. 63-3.
