EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE HELD MARCH 4, 1963 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 4, 1963, at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor McGee, and Trustees Curley. Goodrich. Kustermann and Schrenker; and the following members were absent: None. Member Kustermann introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 716 A RESOLUTION RECEMNG REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS. pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted February 25. 1963. a report has been prepared by Robert Hanson, Village Engineer for the Village of Roseville, with reference to the improvement of County Road IIBII between Snelling Avenue and Pascal Avenue. said improvements to consist generally of the following: Entering into an agreement with the County of Ramsey, Minnesota. wherein the County of Ramsey would agree to do the following: Construct a Forty-eight Foot (481) concrete roadway on County Road IIBII from the West line of Hamline Avenue to the East line of Pascal Avenue; construct a Sixty-eight Foot (681) concrete road on County Road IIBII from the East line of Pascal Avenue to Four Hundred Feet East (400'E.) of the East line of Snelling Avenue; construct a Sixty-Eight Foot (68') bituminous road on County Road "B" from Four Hundred Feet East (400IE.) of the East line of Sne1J.ing Avenue to the East line of Snelling Avenue; construct curbs and gutters; construct necessary storm drainage; and pay for all costs of constructing the Forty-Eight Foot (481) roadway referred to above, pay a proportionate share of the cost of the Sixty-Eight Foot (68') concrete roadway referred to above, said proportionate share to be that amount that a Forty- Eight Foot (48') concrete roadway V\Ould cost.
