Extract of Xdnut:es of Meeting nf City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: July 19, 1976 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the city Council of the City of Roseville met in special session at the City Hall on Monday, the 19th day of July, 1976, at 5:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council- men Hess, Anderson, and Grauel: and the following were absent: Councilman Curley. Councilman Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6404 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 77-0 BE IT RESOLVED by the COlliicil of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted June 28, 1976, the Council has directed the City public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement generally on all str~ets within the city by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, permanent asphaltic concrete paving, base preparation, street widening, and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in th~ report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The imp~ove- ment proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Street Improvement No. 77-0. 2. The Council shall meet at the Fairview Junior High School, 1910 West County Road B, in said city, on August 10, 1976, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized aud directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publica- tions shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
