HONCHELL: Can you see this all right? This is pro-
posed improvement SS-W-P-77-l2 (inaudible) land on the north
side of Cope with the purpose of building a new (inaudible) in
the near future. In order to utilize the parcels on the north
side of Cope it is necessary to make a new public roadway for
access to this area. It is also necessary to construct water
facilities (in blue) and sanitary sewer (in red) to provide
utility service to these proposed new parcels.

The existing condition is that there is an improved roadway
from Dale to (inaudible) 575 feet directly south to plot 18.
This is the boundary line of the pet cemetery on the south.
This was put in at the same time that the apartment complex was
put in at the south side of Dale.

There are some existing trees on the periphery of the right
of way (already a public roadway) and no dedication is necessary
on that portion. The improvement would be to construct a 32 foot
wide seven ton design. A vehicle could be on there with seven
tons per axle. 32 feet of width is needed to build concrete
curb and gutters. A few trees will be disturbed but there are
a lot of trees.
