<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 24, 1995, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9204 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-ST-SS-W-93-10, M-94-01, P-93-16-47, P-94-02-44, P-94-02-61, <br />P-94-02-65, P-94-02-69, P-94-02-48, P-94-02-50, P-94-02-52, <br />P-94-02-53, ST-94-04, P-94-06, ST-94-09, UL-95-13 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREP ARA TION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-ST-SS-W-93-10 <br />of the City of Rose vi lie on all that property abutting Lincoln Drive rrom County Road C-2 to Lydia <br />Avenue for the construction of the street by the bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermain, <br />sanitary sewer, storm sewer, pathway, right-of-way, street lights, and necessary appurtenances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on <br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is <br />$776,406.49, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amounts <br />to $428,606.25, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $],205,012.74 and of this cost <br />Roseville will pay $448,022.94 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby <br />declared to be $756,989.80; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement M-94-01 of the <br />City ofRoseville on all that property at 2415 N. Dale Street for the removal ofa diseased elm tree; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice and the contract price for such <br />improvements is $250.30, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvements amounts to $91.36 so that the total cost of the improvements will be $341.66, and of this <br />cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby <br />declared to be $341.66 for 2415 N. Dale Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-93-16-47 of the <br />City of Roseville on all that property abutting Midland Grove Condominium entrance road for the <br />reconstruction of the streets by the installation ofbiturninous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and <br />
