EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of August, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke, and the following were absent: Wiski and V. Johnson. Council person Mastel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9216 RESOLUTION APPROVING 1996 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASffiILITY REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR NEIGHBORHOODS 14, 16, 21,24, 28, and 37 WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various neighborhoods in the City and has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 1996 Pavement Management Program; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City ofRoseville described below by one or more of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, bituminous overlay, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS Neighborhood Streets ~ 14 Judith Ave., Primrose Curve, Rambler Road, and Pascal St. 16 Churchill St., Woodlynn Avenue, Oxford Street, Brenner Avenue, Milton Street, Millwood A venue, and Chatsworth Street 21 Centennial Drive, Terrace Drive and Judith Avenue 24 Rose Place 28 Snelling Curve, Rose Place, Pascal Street, Brooks Avenue, Sextant Avenue, Holton Street, Simpson Street, and County Road B-2 Frontage Road 37 Transit Avenue
