EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD .MAY 21 , 1979 * * * * * * * Pursuant meeting of the City Minnesota, was duly Ci ty on the ?1 Rt- o'clock p.m. to due call Council of called and day of and notice thereof, a regular the City of Roseville, held at the City Hall in said May , 1979, at 7:30 The following members were present: Mayor DeIros, Counci1.rren Curley, Kehr and Anderson and the following members were absent: Councilman Franke Member Anderson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6821 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH CITY POLICY ON REQUIRING DEDICATION OF EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY AT THE TIME OF ACTING UPON APPLICATION FOR SUBDIVISIONS, SPECIAL USE PERMITS, BUILDING PERMITS, AND VARIANCES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the City may require reasonable dedications of rights-of-way and easements as a condition for approval of the following: (1) plats and replats; (2) registered land surveys; (3) condominium filings; (4) lot splits and adminstrative lot splits; (5) special use permits; (6) building permits for undeveloped parcels; (7) building permits on all parcels from which no right-of-way or easement has ever been provided if such rights-of-way or easements are necessary to comply with City or County roadway or utility standards; (8) building permits where the location of the proposed construction would fall within set- back areas required by City Code when applied to the City plan for roadway widening;
