ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION—December 8, 2010 4 <br /> REPORTS <br /> A. Report from the City Council <br /> Council Member Grant updated the Commission on recent City Council activity <br /> including the approval of Planning Case 10-009 and the approval of Planning Case 10- <br /> 012. He also stated the TCAAP auction is not expected to occur until April at the <br /> earliest. In January there will be a vacancy on the City Council an applications are <br /> available on the City's website or at City Hall. He also stated there are other vacancies on <br /> City Committees. <br /> B. Planning Commission Comments and Requests <br /> Chair Larson stated the joint worksession with the City Council and the Planning <br /> Commission is scheduled for February 22, 2011. He also stated the City is looking for <br /> training opportunities for the Commission members. <br /> Commissioner Holewa stated there had been an article in the Minneapolis paper <br /> concerning a resident who wanted to put a wind generator on their property. The resident <br /> had been met by opposition from the City. He suggested the Planning Commission <br /> discuss this and the issues it brought forward at a future work session. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> • <br /> Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Reiff, to adiourn the <br /> December 8, 2010, Planninlz Commission Meeting at 6:58 p.m. The motion carried <br /> unanimously (6-0). <br /> • <br />
