Subd. 6 <br />Subd. 7 <br />B -3, B -4, N -B, I -1, I -2, and. I -Flex Districts subject to Site Plan <br />Review and City Council approval. <br />Temporary Accessory Structures. A temporary accessory structure, <br />including membrane structures (as that term is defined in the <br />International Building Code), may be permitted subject to the following <br />provisions: <br />A. Temporary accessory structures may be in place for up to six (6) <br />months in the B -1, B -2, B -3, B -4, NB, GB, CC, I -1, I -2, and I -Flex <br />Districts with an approved permit from the Building Official. The <br />Building Official may deny a permit for a temporary accessory <br />structure or limit the size, time, place, or other feature(s) of the <br />accessory structure if the Building Official finds that the accessory <br />structure would create a negative impact on the property on which it <br />is placed or other properties in the City. <br />B. Temporary accessory structures are allowed for up to two (2) days in <br />a given thirty (30) day period without a permit in the R -1, R -2, R -3, <br />R -4, B -1, B -2, B -3, B -4, NB, GB, CC, I -1, I -2, and I -Flex Districts <br />subject to all of the following provisions: <br />1. The temporary structures shall not be permanently attached to <br />the ground; <br />2. The temporary structure shall not be attached to other permanent <br />structures; <br />3. The temporary structure shall only be used for non commercial <br />purposes. <br />Accessory Structures in Exceptional and Unusual Circumstances in all <br />Zoning Districts. Deviations from these requirements may be permitted <br />after Planning Commission review and City Council approval of a site <br />plan in accordance with Section 1355.04 Subd 5 and with documentation <br />showing the unusual circumstances justifying the proposed deviation and <br />plans for the proposed accessory structure. Under no circumstances shall <br />the total floor area of an accessory structure associated with a residential <br />use in the R -1, R -2, and R -3 districts exceed one thousand four hundred <br />and fifty -eight (1,458) square feet without an approved variance that <br />meets the requirements of Section 1355.04 Subd 4. Under no <br />circumstances shall the total floor area of an accessory structure <br />associated with a non residential use in the R -1, R -2, and R -3 districts <br />exceed two thousand one hundred eighty -four (2,184) square feet without <br />an approved variance that meets the requirements of Section 1355.04 <br />Subd 4. <br />
