Monthly and annual reports <br />The Contractor rrvil! subrnit to the City monthly reports and annual reparts. At a rriinimurn, �he <br />Contractor shall include the following ir�formatian: <br />• Gross amour�fs o� materiaEs colleeted, by recyclable m�terial (�n tons}. <br />• Net amaunts af r�ateriais rnar�Ceted, by recyclable rnat�nal {in tons). <br />� Amour�ts of "process residuals" disposed (in tons). <br />• Recyclir�g serviee fee (based upon eontracted price per �ousehold). <br />• Re�er�ue share credits f�aek to the City (if any}. <br />Montf�ly repo�ts shaEl be due to the City by the 15'�' day of each mantf�. Scavenging prohibited <br />AI� recycEable materials plaeed for coileetion shall be awr�ed by ar�d are the responsibility of <br />the occupa�ts of �esidentiai properties until the Contraetor handles them. Upon collection of <br />the designated recyclable materials by the Contracto�, tE�e reeycfable rnate�ials became the <br />pro��;rry a�d respons�bility of the Co�tractor. <br />It is �r�fawf�i for any person other than the City's recyciing Contraciar or owner's indep�nder�t <br />hauler to colfect, remove, c�r dispose of designa#ed re�yclab�es after the mate�ials have been <br />placeci or de�osited fof collection in the recycEing containers. The ovuner, owner's <br />emp[oyees, owner's indepenc�ent hauier's emp[oyees, or City's recycling Contractor's <br />ernpfoyees may not colEect or "sca�eng�" tk�rough recyc{i�g in any mann�r that interferes with <br />th� contracted r�cycling services. <br />10 <br />
